Spremuta, freshly squeezed orange juice available at any bar in Italy – delicious. Even more so and prettier with a good dash Super Cattivo Rosso.

4cl fresh orange juice 3cl Super Cattivo Rosso

First the orange juice on ice and slowly pour Cattivo in.

4cl fresh orange juice 3cl Super Cattivo Rosso 4 cl Bubbles

Pour the juice on ice slowly add Super Cattivo and fill top up with bubbles.

3cl Super Cattivo Bianco 6cl good Tonic squeeze of lemon

Lots of ice in a high ball add Bianco and then toic, squeeze in some lime and ready

Also works with our Rosso!

2pt Super Cattivo 3pts Petnat, Prosecco oder Cremant, 1 Scheibe Zitrus

out ice cubes into a wine glass add Super Cattivo and then the sparkling wine. Add a slice of citrus and a terrace.

8cl Super Cattivo Bianco 16cl rose wine 1cl mild vinegar fe estragon, 1cl simple sirup, 10 ice cubes

Add all to a blender and blend till it has slushy texture, taste again and mybe adjust sweetness or acidity. Add umbrella and ready.

1pt Super Cattivo Ambrato 2pts espresso

In a shaker add both together with ice cubes and shake till frothy. Pour over fresh ice in glass of choice add orange twist if on hand
