8cl Super Cattivo Bianco 16cl rose wine 1cl mild vinegar fe estragon, 1cl simple sirup, 10 ice cubes
Add all to a blender and blend till it has slushy texture, taste again and mybe adjust sweetness or acidity. Add umbrella and ready.
